We will conduct a thorough inspection of your home, inside and out.

During your Comprehensive Home Inspection we will inspect hundreds of items of the house, foundation to roof, inside and out. Using state of the art diagnostic equipment and inspection techniques we will evaluate all of the major systems and components.

Our purpose is to evaluate the general condition of the property, and identify defects or adverse conditions of concern that could significantly impact the property value and alert you of the need for a specialist. We will give you the tools to become an informed buyer and give you the confidence to Protect Your Biggest Investment. We recommend that you participate in the inspection, so that you learn  as much as possible about the home you are considering to purchase.

 


EXTERIOR COMPONENTS

Landscaping -   It's effects on the foundation

Siding, trim, exterior windows and storms -    General condition of each

Roof, chimney, flashing, valleys -   Evidence of water penetration, materials, condition

Gutters, downspouts -   General condition, dampness in basement, rainwater runoff

Driveways, patios, decks, and porches -   General condition of each

Air conditioner compressor

INTERIOR COMPONENTS

Walls, floors, ceilings, windows -   General condition of each

Plumbing system -   All visible fixtures, pipes and drains tested for operation

Electrical system -   Outside entrance wiring, service panel and visible wiring inspected.

Heating system -   Visible portion of heating plant and components

Attic -   Visible roof sheathing, ventilation, insulation and framing

Basement -   Foundation soundness and evidence of moisture penetration
